Hey band members,

The 2009 CCA Exhibition will be on this coming Wednesday from 2 to 4 pm. We are required to set up booths and to perform (in the hall). Our performance time will be about 5 mins.
Do have a quick lunch and report to the band room at 1:30 pm SHARP, as we need some time to shift the percussion instruments down and to warm up and tune.

ATTIRE: BAND T-SHIRT (IMPT!!!)

The performance timeslots are as follows:

• 2:15 to 2:20 pm
• 2:55 to 3 pm

Normal band practice will resume after the CCA day ends.

Members could do their part by creating posters to advertise our band to the J1s. Submission will be done through TPJC.net to Aaron latest by Sunday( 31/1) afternoon.

As we really need a lot of manpower for this year's SYF, I'll appreciate all of you guy's ENTHUSIASM and COOPERATION to give the J1s a good first impression of our band.

So i wish that the CCA Exhibition will be a huge SUCCESS for us, the TPJCSW family! :)
